Fajita Seasoning

Making a delicious pan of fajitas at the campground is a staple meal. The seared chicken, onions and peppers with its flavorful char. Then fresh tortillas warmed over a smoky fire help keep all the ingredients warm. The balance of ingredients in this fajita mix are earthy from the ground cumin, spicy from the chili powder and a touch of citrus from the oregano. Using basic pantry spices and making this spice blend from scratch means you control the ingredients, the level of heat and the quantity you want to make. Since this mix has a bouillon cube as a flavor option you can choose chicken, beef or vegetable for that extra addition of rich flavor.
