- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, frons only, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a bowl whisk sour cream, mayonnaise together until smooth, add remaining ingredients and whisk until combined. Place covered in the fridge until ready to use.
