I have always had a passion for food. I grew up in a farming family where I truly took the statement “love your farmer” to heart. I’m the author ofThe Campground Gourmet, Simple Delicious Recipes for Dining in the Great Outdoors.My mission is to show you how delicious and simple outdoor cooking can be. Spending time at the campground started with my grandparents and now I continue it with my family as we travel all over the United States in search of food, fun and the joy of the open road.
