Remoulade Sauce

This is the perfect tangy remoulade to accompany all your Cajun favorites. Even on the campground it is easy to make and store for your whole trip!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup minced celery
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons creole mustard or whole-grain mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a lid and refrigerate up to 4 days, flavors will deepen if left to sit for a day or two.
